4-Week Strength & Speed Program /// Every Monday & Wednesday ///  3:30 – 4:45 at RAS Facility /// Ages 8 – 14

Building a Foundation for Long-Term Success On and Off the Field.

Rotational Athlete Solutions’ youth development program is designed to build complete athletes through a proven combination of speed, strength, and baseball-specific training. Athletes will train twice per week at the RAS facility, where they’ll receive hands-on coaching and personalized instruction. In addition, each athlete will be provided with a structured remote training program to follow throughout the rest of the week, ensuring consistent development and progress. More than just physical training, the program focuses on building confidence, encouraging healthy competition, and fostering a strong sense of community among young athletes as they grow together both on and off the field.

WHAT'S Included?

NOTE: This membership will AUTO RENEW every 4 weeks.

IN-FACILITY TRAINING

Two in-facility training sessions per week for 4 weeks

REMOTE PROGRAMMING

Remote programming for the other 5 days in each of the 4 weeks
