Unlock your speed potential with our exclusive 4-week Running Mechanics Package, designed for athletes who aspire to move faster and enhance their performance. This comprehensive program combines targeted drills, dynamic plyometric exercises, and crucial testing factors to refine your running technique.
Over four weeks, you’ll engage in personalized coaching to improve your stride efficiency, balance, and explosive power. Experience measurable progress as we assess your development through specialized testing, ensuring that you learn the mechanics of running and apply them effectively.

What is included:
- Two (2) field sessions a week for 4 weeks
- Remote programming for the other 5 days in each of the 4 weeks
CAMP OBJECTIVES
- Improve athletic performance through speed and agility training.
- Develop fundamental movement skills for all sports.
- Foster a supportive and motivational environment for personal growth.
- Build a community among athletes from all sports.
Phase 1: Foundational Mechanics
Phase one of running mechanics focuses on developing proper posture, rhythm, and foot strikes, which are essential for athletes to grasp the fundamental movements of sprinting, ultimately enabling them to run faster and more efficiently.
Phase 2: Advanced Mechanics
Phase two builds upon the foundational skills established in phase one by introducing more advanced running mechanics, such as explosive starts, acceleration techniques, and optimal biomechanics. This empowers athletes to enhance their speed and efficiency in sprinting.
Phase 3: Technique
In phase three, progression from phase two will focus on refining technique and increasing intensity, with the first step drills emphasizing controlled movements, proper form, and gradual incorporation of more complex patterns to build strength and coordination.
