RAS Baseball Club is focused on developing and monitoring the progress of our athletes. With a combination of experienced coaches, technology, and data collection, we assess and evolve our athletes to make them their own best coach. Baseball is bigger than sports. We believe in developing our athletes not only as baseball players but as men of integrity, morals, and ethics.

As an RAS Baseball Club Athlete I agree to:
- Take RESPONSIBILITY for my actions in the RAS practice facility and on the field.
- Embody the ETHICS and expectations of the RAS Baseball Club both on and off the field.
- Demonstrate PROFESSIONALISM while wearing the RAS Baseball Club uniform.
